Great experience with the staff and the doctor. He thoroughly explains everything and asks a lot of questions to ensure the proper treatment
**A few years ago*** I was getting multiple migraines everyday and they were getting worse everyday. Almost lost my job at the time because of it. I went to the hospital several times in one month and they kept giving me Benadryl make me fall asleep. Finally my mother in law called and flipped out and they gave me Dr. James A. Charles info. I went to him and he literally fixed me. My migraines slowly went away with his treatment. I’ll always forever be grateful.
I have serious concerns about this doctor's professional conduct. Based on my observations, it seems he may be prioritizing financial incentives over ethical medical practice, particularly in relation to workers' compensation cases. His actions and statements have raised questions about his credibility, and I believe it would be beneficial for his medical license to be reviewed, especially given that even legal professionals have expressed doubts about his practices. Avoid at all costs.
