Dr. Arastu was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Even though he was running behind, he took his time getting know my daughter's situation and condition and made a thoughtful treatment plan. He made us both very comfortable.
This provider declines referrals for children for no reason without any explanation. As a doctor’s office when we do referrals we ask for a reason to provide to our patients and we were refused explanation by his rude, miserable, and dismissive staff member Amatha . Who definitely shouldn’t work in healthcare if she has no caring bone in her body. Take your children elsewhere they deserve staff that truly cares about them.
Dr. Aratsu is kind, patient, and understanding. Listens to concerns and the staff at his office are also kind and polite.
