What place do you know will resolve an issue with an order from 7 months ago?? Jameco. I wouldn't expect any business to be much help, but they did. I left an order unopened for 7 months. Upon opening, I realized there was an issue. A simple email to their customer service explaining the situation and they responded within one business day with a resolution. No fuss. No long hold times. No arguing. No back and forth. Just resolution :) One email. Zero frustration. Five star customer service!
They aren't respecting their customers, charging delivery 3 days, in fact they delivering in 4 days , in additional is needed to call them to get the tracking number ,instead of proving this basic information right after order . Anyway, theire standard delivery takes between 8 days to 10 to florida , probably is faster to get orders from abroad ,therefore I promised to reduce their stars to 3 this time ...
Great store. Low prices on parts and very easy to find what your looking for. The only issue I had is shipping was through Priority Mail through UPS which is kind of expensive, but on the bright side you know you're getting your package. Would recommend over Digi key (not that Digi key is bad by any means either)
Just had my card fraudulently used at this store for $1106.02.. do not recommend
