Do not come here to load unless absolutely necessary. This place is so slow and they don’t care about your time at all. I waited over 5 hours to get pulled into a bay and now I’m waiting here. I got here before at least 8 other trucks and they all got loaded before me. This is one of the worst facilities I have ever been too. Also have fun backing into the dock off this busy road…oh yeah if you need to wait, which you will, there is nowhere to park on the street when 10 other trucks are here waiting. Been here over 4 hours. I was early to the pick up time, yet still haven’t been loaded. I was told by the front office lady there was one truck ahead of me, and that was over 2 hours ago. There’s been at least 6 trucks going in since. If I could rate this place in the negatives, I would.

Good lord they’re right, multiple hours to load no parking for the next truck, absolutely insane
