Fantastic Group of People i called before arriving office Lady so Nice she helped with directions in,when I got there she explained how loads got put together for drivers to take to customers, so wait time to load can very dependent on customers orders of all different pieces and parts, she was so courteous and respectful. I got there and my only wait time was on the driver before me, when he pulled out ,he even helped guide me in bay to load. Do not come here to load unless absolutely necessary. This place is so slow and they don’t care about your time at all. I waited over 5 hours to get pulled into a bay and now I’m waiting here. I got here before at least 8 other trucks and they all got loaded before me. This is one of the worst facilities I have ever been too. Also have fun backing into the dock off this busy road…oh yeah if you need to wait, which you will, there is nowhere to park on the street when 10 other trucks are here waiting. Been here over 4 hours. I was early to the pick up time, yet still haven’t been loaded. I was told by the front office lady there was one truck ahead of me, and that was over 2 hours ago. There’s been at least 6 trucks going in since. If I could rate this place in the negatives, I would.
