Alex was helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable. Up front with cost !!
Took my machine to be looked at for an estimate of repair and see if it was under warranty. Got a call back that needed $800 in parts and we'll machine is worth $1,000 new so figured I needed a new one. Owner then says I owe $95 for an estimate fee, which was never told upfront to me and I never signed anything, when confronted he got very angry, rude and basically threw my machine out of the shop. I do NOT recommend this place
