Absolutely ridiculous. I took my child in for medical issue on a Saturday, only to find out they don't bulk bill children on weekends. Families shouldn't have to worry about unexpected consultation fees when they need urgent care for their kids. Very disappointing policy. I won't be returning

After my head had a fight with a plank of wood and lost, and my normal practice had already shut, I popped in here for the first time. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and Dr Anqi Su was great. Think he cared more about my pain than I did :-)
Attended the practice after receiving a letter concerning a free Government injection and bone density testing only to be charged for a doctor's consultation as well which was never mentioned in the original letter. I find this to be very misleading on their part.
