Very unprofessional and need retrain on patient care and delivery all the office staff especially the manager of the office. Whom pick to fill the shoes as the office manager but dont know how to treat the patients or the provide effective patient delivery!
They physically pulled my 5 year old up on the bed roughly without any acknowledgment that he was going to do so his shoulders were droop down laying on the headrest, he did not need to put his hands at all on my son he could of ask him to scoot up.
