I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, September 28th around 3:45 p.m. and had a very frustrating experience. Both my car and the one ahead of me sat waiting for a long time. Eventually I went inside to confirm my order, only to find out they never even took it at the window, despite having an exchange at the speaker. Im not sure whats going on but this place has the worst customer service
This place is slower than molasses. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for one medium sized smoothie. Put your money somewhere else, like Tropical Smoothie Cafe; they give you double the size of your smoothie and you won’t be waiting forever and a day on your order.
