I stop by here almost every time I’m on my work break, and every visit has been a great experience. I was so excited when an Auntie Anne’s opened nearby! The staff is always friendly, the pretzels are fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. It’s quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a snack, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!
First time here and waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for pretzel bites with only 2 cars ahead of me. I even watched one lady leave. When I got to the window he asked what I ordered. Shouldn’t they already know that? Will not be going back.
Arrived at 7:55 and was told their closed when their website states 8 pm. And the guy was rude about it as well. Will not return.
The pretzels were horrible. Undercooked and tasted like frozen product from a store. Generic cheese product in a cup. What happened to the hot cheese? Definitely not worth the price. Will not be going back.
