The plumber was here for under five minutes, decided there was no problem, and then charged me for a full hour of labour. I wouldn’t engage with this company at all. They are doing a lot of work on a new development in Rotorua down the end of collie drive where I stay and the workers are constantly leaving they’re lunch rubbish and plumbing offcuts outside our home. Every time they leave site, it’s always a mess. They are not considerate of the neighbours around and it’s also not fair trying to block in homeowners to their own access!
