Dr. Rahaman is impressed with himself and his office’s nod to technology, however, his staff is unfriendly and uncomfortable to be around as is he. He is a poor communicator with whom you cannot engage on subjects he deems unimportant, as he is not receptive to patients concerns. I do not believe one could expect caring followup or follow up at all. I could not in good conscience put myself under his care. He should consider retirement.
He did not tell me all procedures that would be done during surgery, even those that are apparently always part of his surgery. I experienced pain and bleeding in places I never expected to. He lead me to believe that I would be given medication to relax me while waiting for surgery, and even though he has been told I needed it on at least 4 separate occasions, I never got it. THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!Dr. Jamal Rahaman is without a doubt a phenomenol physcian and surgeon, but more importantly, an incredible individual. He is kind, gentle and extremely compassionate.I am so very grateful to be under his care and watchful eye. He has done so much for me and I truly feel blessed that I walked into his office 3 years ago. It is so very obvious that he cares tremendously for his patients health and well-being.He has gone to great lengths for me and for my care since day 1.
Dr. Jamal Rahaman is an exceptional physician and surgeon. He always takes the time and with truth and gentleness, explains the situation in a manner that is both understandable and reassuring. There are many “great” physicians, but there are few physicians who are both phenomenal at what they do and remarkably kind and compassionate as well.
