I had never been to the Woodlands before my first appointment last Thurs. It is much more beautiful and larger on the inside than I had imagined. But, the check-in desk really takes a lot of time. Imagine its my first time there and standing in line for 15 minutes without a smile or a welcoming attitude from the people working at or near the front desk. Was able to see and retain doctor in a timely manner
The treatment I received there was awesome. The check in was seamless, the nurse Yasmine was awesome and checked my blood pressure a couple of times to see it go down. Dr. Joudeh was awesome and let me know what kind of cancer I had and said we would know more after my surgery the path we took. He was very reassuring which means alot to me. This is why I give 5 stars.
