Complete waste of time. I waited over an hour past my scheduled 1:00 PM appointment and wasn’t called back until after 2:00 PM. The front desk staff were unhelpful and provided no explanation for the delay. The waiting room was extremely unsanitary. The chairs appeared unclean, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and the vent next to my seat was visibly covered in thick layer of dust and what appeared to be black mold. I am a senior person and have been treated by Dr. Habib for chronic nosebleeds. He is the most professional competent doctor I have ever seen. His bedside manner is beyond doubt. Thank you for getting this health condition of mine under control. You can see why he’s voted here after the year best doctor in Westchester.
Dr. Habib was so patient with me and thorough. His audiologist was equally as thorough and it was refreshing to see how well they worked together and using their years of experience to figure out my issue. I have medical trauma but I left so calm and heard by Dr. Habib. Also, his nurse is the BEST! She was so kind and explained everything step by step.

35 years ago when I broke ear-drum, Dr. Jamal was excellent! I don't know what happened to him, but maybe he and his staff are senile. Late last year in October, I woke up deaf in my right ear. I received an appointment the next day and was told, "Don't worry, you just have an ear infection." Dr. Jamal put me on Sudafed and Flonase. Well, that didn't work.
