Dr. Habib was so patient with me and thorough. His audiologist was equally as thorough and it was refreshing to see how well they worked together and using their years of experience to figure out my issue. I have medical trauma but I left so calm and heard by Dr. Habib. Also, his nurse is the BEST! She was so kind and explained everything step by step.

35 years ago when I broke ear-drum, Dr. Jamal was excellent! I don't know what happened to him, but maybe he and his staff are senile. Late last year in October, I woke up deaf in my right ear. I received an appointment the next day and was told, "Don't worry, you just have an ear infection." Dr. Jamal put me on Sudafed and Flonase. Well, that didn't work. I was a patient of Dr Jamal for many years and since he joined this other practice the office has gone down hill! I tried Thursday and Friday to get an appt. I only got answering service!! Thry never gave me the actual office it’s impossible to get to them. I called again Monday to no avail they call me back after 1:15pm tell me Friday is earliest!!! My throat was injured in a procedure during anesthesia left hematomas in my throat and surgeon wanted me to be seen I only trusted Dr Jamal! No more office was rude did not care... read more
Doc Jamal was very thorough he answered all our questions and gave my husband a very detail exam, his nurse April has been by his side 16 years she too explained everything in detail and printed literature and gave him sample product they were worth the wait.
