What a great way to get fit while having fun! Classes are taught in a large room with the instructor on a raised platform in front of a mirror so you can follow the moves. There's good ventilation, not like the stuffy exercise rooms I've experienced at the gym. The music is loud and everyone is friendly and having fun. Also the price is very reasonable.They make you feel very welcome.
Love this place! Great energy, everyone is so friendly and it's reasonably priced. Can't recommend it enough!! You will definitely have fun and it's accessible to all fitness levels.
