A Jerk Chicken restaurant was the least expected recommendation as a “fast food” stop from Apple Maps when I passed through town. I got in and ordered the food before they close for the day. Didn’t get a chance to eat the food there as the owner already packed my food, and promptly locked the door shortly after I exited. I had to find a nearby gas station to eat it. Ordered Uber Eats! Loved the pineapple ginger “Rasta” lemonade; you must get it. Beef patty was flaky and nice. Curry goat flavor was authentic but I found all the veg (peas, corn, string beans, etc) in the gravy very strange. Usually come with just carrot and/or potatoes. Finally the “Cole slaw” is just raw shredded cabbage/carrot. I was expecting a dressed slaw (Mayo or vinegar based). I haven't be in the restaurant but the food truck is delicious every time i have had it.

Got the jerk chicken with potato salad, rice and beans. DELICIOUS. Very authentic, cooked with love and care. Will be returning next time I come through Columbia. So good.
