This is the worst dealer I have ever met. I have financed a Toyota Sienna since March and I still do not have a registration. I went to the DMV to try to register the car and I could not. The DMV said the dealer had to do it. On the other hand, he is also deceitful. I did a trade and that car had a debt of 3900 Dolores that the Bank gave him that money to pay for the car in trade. Es el peor dealer k he podido ver en mi vida ladrones, dimos 15,000 de pago adelantado para comprar una BMW x5 y como éramos inexpertos mi esposo y yo los 15,000 se lo embolsicaron no nos dieron ningún papel de k habíamos pagado eso y nos financiaron los 32,000 dólares completos no les restaron los 15,000. Tienen k estar muy pendientes de eso con ellos esos ladrones.
Very unprofessional once you buy a car. Only care about getting the sale and don’t help with any issues that the car might have as soon as you leave the lot. No I’m not a dealership you guys just don’t keep your word, bad for business.
