This food truck caught my eye at the side of the road and I decided to stop and give it a shot. The owner is very welcoming. The jerk chicken, rice & peas, with steam cabbage was well seasoned w/ decent portion sizes. I was able to try the jerk chicken. I would come back in the future to try more dishes off of the menu.
Wish I could have taken a picture of the oxtail plate I got.picture this.two pieces of oxtail.2!!!!!.rice and beans(a total of 3 beans!!! I kid you not) and a stem of raw cabbage( you know the kind you cut last at the stem)guess how much? $35.i am not the kind to confront a business.just a trait.so i dumped it and drove away in shame. There was a reason they had no one lined up but I still fell for the visibly asleep old man at the truck stairwell thinking I could be a spark!! The food is amazing. Very tasty and flavorful. Mr. Mike is a great guy! Very kind! My favorite is the oxtails and cabbage! Go check them out!
