I had such a great experience at Jamaica Blue! The food and coffee were fantastic, but what really made my visit stand out was Ava. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Her customer service was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Showed up just over an hour before closing time and was given all kinds of excuses for why they couldnt or didnt want to take our order. I wouldn’t be happy if i was the owner if my staff were basically closing an hour earlier

Got coffee order wrong, then breakfast order wrong today, not happy...how can a long black with a side of milk and eggs on toast be difficult??
The people working at this cafe were so lovely and got my toasties to me so quick! It was great to see them supporting each other through service at one of the busiest times of the year and being patient with new staff members who are learning the ropes. Great to see such a wonderful sense of community among staff ❤️ thanks again!
