Wow, staff were apathetic, rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Only had a drink as didn't feel like l wanted to stay. Really sad to see young folks with such an attitude. Won't be my choice again.

Service staff at counter was rude and spoke rudely. I thought by the change of ownership that it had changed but clearly it hasnt. Very disappointing

Very disappointing and misleading experience. We sat down, looked through the menu, and chose what we wanted for lunch. Only when we went to the counter to order were we told that none of the menu items could be made because the grills are apparently turned off at 1pm, and that we were limited to whatever was in the cabinet. A staff member then tried to justify this by saying it’s “standard practice” to stop food orders at 1pm. That might be their standard practice, but it’s certainly not communicated to customers. Wow my toasted croissant put down on my table like you see in Pic. Would have been nice if my table was wiped first the staff member looked at the table’s condition and eyes sadly said not today I can’t be bothered pretty poor Jamaica Blue

I adore Caesar. Salads. The one I got yestetday did not look like the advertised picture. No crispy cos lettuce whilted mixed lettuce that was stringy. Burnt black croutons. A few sprinkles of cheese. Owner questioned me with attitude and did not look at what was presented to me. No dressing . Tastless bowl. Do not order this dish.
