Customer service was great. They were friendly too. The red velvet cake was a delight and the coffee was good too. Thank you.
The BLAT used normal sliced bread instead of Turkish bread as described in the menu. We were served in takeaway containers, and for one of the drinks, the lid was not secured properly and it immediately spilled all over the table. I told a worker who offered to take care of it but all they did was get a new lid. Afterwards I told another worker about the spill, who did offer to remake it but by then we were leaving anyway.
