The poached eggs looked like they had been cooked in the microwave (I’m fairly certain they did). They had little air bubbles in the whites and the yolk was over cooked. They were also semi circled and not how a poached egg looks. Poached egg should have runny yolk when cut. When the worker brought over my food, there was pepper on the edge and he used his thumb and wiped the pepper off my plate. Surely this could’ve been done in the kitchen with a clean cloth - or just leave the pepper on the plate, rather than have a thumb... read more

Staff were more interested in chatting instead of serving ,3,times we were served the wrong food.Never will the 3of us go back again 😞

Had a simple toasty tomato and cheese. The tomato was in chuncks and fell out never had this before, the tomato is usually thin slices and we had to remind them about our drinks even though they weren't busy. Very disappointing

Very dissapointed with how they handled the issue. I ordered a Jam sandwich for my son, my son had taken a couple of bites and there was a black hair in the sandwich. I spoke to the waiter who delivered it and he said ohh sorry. He took it up to manager and she struggled her shoulders and continued in the kitchen I waited to see the outcome thinking they may make another one or give me a refund they just continued and blatantly ignored me.
