RecommendedIt's the casual, laid back lifestyle that is the draw of Jamaica Bay. You can do as much or as little as you want. There are 2 pools, tennis and pickleball courts,Bocci,,shuffleboard and horse shoes. A fully equipped state of the art gym an immensely stocked library with computer available and a to be expected billiard room. This doesn't complete the list of things to do here in my community.. Jamaica Bay. Come spend your winter here or spend your retirement years.
Wish I had moved here sooner. Everyone is so nice. So much to do and the location is perfect.
nice place to live. people are friendly. lot rent may be high, but get alot for it.
Great place to live. Very well kept and beautiful in here.
The cost. Making in to expensive for people. A lot of people moving out cause they can go buy a villa or condo and pay a mortgage comparable to the monthly fees JB is now charging. And then have equity on top of that. I love living here but it’s getting outrageous with the monthly fees.
so much to do. pools and hot tub are very clean. 😁

just bought here! Bill our sales rep was amazing. We looked at a lot of communities and this is the best we've seen. You have to visit to believe how much it has to offer!
