My 99 year old grandmother has lived here for over 20 years. With only a couple months warning they decided they were no longer renting and would be evicting her leaving her with no place to go. eventually my grandmother was admitted to hospital and when she returned they had removed all her belongings with no official court order and changed her locks. what they do is illegal. Lived there awhile ago ..lot rent is no big bargain...+ They haven't sold my house which they sorta stole from me 7 years ago..

Seniros beware! Highly over rated, high lot rents with undefined increases, and very poor managerial communication skills from they're socially & culturally uneducated managers. I would not recommend them to any future buyers

After I made a complaint against my neighbor for harming us and the residents of the park with his 30' led blue light my cat disappeared and he told someone he was trapping squirrels,my cat would b dead with out his medication! And the ironic part is he doesn't go out at night so he doesn't hurt himself just others ! NICE NEIGHBOR ! And Rolling greens" is afraid of what he might do "

Love the people and atmosphere, but buyer beware. Keep in mind that while we own the houses, Jamaica Bay is the land owner. And yet...Two neighbors had a sinkhole affecting their driveways, and Jamaica Bay wouldn't even send someone to check on safety issues, let alone look at further prevention OR repair. A third neighbor had a decomposing headless alligator float up in the canal between homes, and Jamaica Bay said that this too was the homeowner's responsibility. So wait--WHO owns the park???
