They are the same as Unique Auto Repair and I’d say the same about this. Not good business practise. The mechanics are knowable but have some kind of scheme going on. Charges you extra to buy and install new parts saying without that item your car won’t be fixed. Even when I first came they didn’t mention that and said that my problem will be fixed with the parts I had already bought. DISHONEST
06/30/24 - Just left the shop….came to do my car emission inspection sticker. Two employees refused to do the inspection unless I pay $120.00 I recorded my conversation audio and video. I will be reaching out to the attorney General office and better business bureau in the morning. It’s so tragic that these neighborhood shops seeks to take advantage of the people in the area.
