My car was towed to this facility on November 12th. I picked up by vehicle on November 13 and paid the towing fees. I was escorted to the storage area for my car when I noticed a few issues with my car. I noticed the bumper appeared to be slightly separated from the vehicle. I then proceeded to unlock the door when I noticed the driver seat pulled all the way back. This was not the original position of my seat. Dimitri towed my car from CVS to Bayside Chrysler, due to it would not start. He gave me a few pointers on things I did not know about the vehicle. Like how to put it in neutral by removing a secret compartment. He is a very caring and courteous guy and a credit to the towing industry.
Worst auto shop ever. They doesn’t know how to use the right tool to remove parts. They left a lot of marks and scratches on the body. I wish I never went there before. And some part they should change it on invoices and they will lie to you. They said they change it which is never did. Same scratch on same part. I will never go there again.
