Completely incompetent, will not see me in person in over 2 years. Will not give referral to endocrinologist even though I have a past of adrenal gland issues which I gave her my old Dr record. Dr. Linda violates hppa laws and will not even give me my record or give them to my dermatologist for my blood work Extremely rude. UPDATE1: January 2025. I had a chance to meet Dr. Rouel in 2024. She is thorough and caring and although I ended up going somewhere else, I thought this deserved an update. 3 stars up from 1 because face to face interaction made a difference.
