Very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The office felt disorganized and unprofessional. The two girls at the front desk were very rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming — no friendliness or professionalism at all. I also had a negative experience with the doctor, Linda Rouel who was rude and spoke to people in a disrespectful manner. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially in a medical environment.😡
Dr. Rouel is super nice and accurate, staff is super nice and helpful, overall, great place to go for your annual physical exam!
Completely incompetent, will not see me in person in over 2 years. Will not give referral to endocrinologist even though I have a past of adrenal gland issues which I gave her my old Dr record. Dr. Linda violates hppa laws and will not even give me my record or give them to my dermatologist for my blood work Extremely rude. Hung up the phone when I told her she was not a professional endocrinologist and how she hung up on me was her saying " I'm closing the phone!" UPDATE1: January 2025. I had a chance to meet Dr. Rouel in 2024. She is thorough and caring and although I ended up going somewhere else, I thought this deserved an update. 3 stars up from 1 because face to face interaction made a difference.
