This hospital denies the proper care over drama related issues ! Do not come here the people don’t care about anything but themselves ! Denying an animal the necessary care because of a personal opinion is disgusting. The Nevada state board of veterinary medical examiner’s will be notified immediately.

I called JAM veterinary office because my cat needs to see a veterinarian again. Stacy answered the phone & she spoke to me like I'm an idiot! When I tried to ask more questions, so I could write everything down, she literally let out a sigh like she didn't want to be on the phone with me! Where is the compassion?! Loved dr. Jam and her staff, everyone was so professional and friendly. Gave me lots of info regarding my frenchie. Will definitely be my goto for all my dog, cat and tortoise needs.
