I am SOOOO HAPPY WITH JAM TIME NORWOOD! The experience was a 20/10 from booking to the day of my sons birthday party. We got lucky and found a party slot literally one week prior to the party, immediately we got a phone call to discuss the details put down the deposit and we were locked in, the communication was also a 20/10, We had our sons 4th birthday party here and honestly we are thinking of having his 5th birthday party here too. Jam Time is a really fun place to take young kids to play and release some energy, especially on cold or rainy days! There are a lot of things to play with and many ways kids can use their imaginations, make friends and share! There is also a separate area to enjoy a lunch that you brought or purchase snacks and beverages.This is a fan favorite with my nanny kid!
This is def our fav play place around! If you want something low key where you can sit and just watch your child play and not feel the need to be following them around on way too big structures, this place is for you. It’s the perfect size, the structures are great for 5 and under. There are great toys to encourage open ended play. My child has made friends here. I usually appreciate places like this because they’re a great opportunity to get kids out to play, but I found this particular location disgusting. The toys were nasty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years—it was gross compared to other indoor playgrounds I’ve been to. The kids were older and unruly, with no parents supervising them; many were working on their computers in the eating area or just sitting on their phones in the provided chairs.
We had our toddler’s birthday party here and it was awesome. The kids had a blast playing with everything - the bouncy house and tall slide were highlights, and they couldn’t get enough of JT the moose! The best part as a parent was that the wonderful staff took care of everything, from setting up the decorations, food and drinks, to cutting the cake, setting out the goody bags, and packaging up gifts/leftover food/etc to take home.
