I usually appreciate places like this because they’re a great opportunity to get kids out to play, but I found this particular location disgusting. The toys were nasty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years—it was gross compared to other indoor playgrounds I’ve been to. The kids were older and unruly, with no parents supervising them; many were working on their computers in the eating area or just sitting on their phones in the provided chairs.
We had our toddler’s birthday party here and it was awesome. The kids had a blast playing with everything - the bouncy house and tall slide were highlights, and they couldn’t get enough of JT the moose! The best part as a parent was that the wonderful staff took care of everything, from setting up the decorations, food and drinks, to cutting the cake, setting out the goody bags, and packaging up gifts/leftover food/etc to take home. Just had my son’s fourth birthday here and had the best experience - I’ve had his last two birthday parties at my house and it was such a different experience to go somewhere where they handled everything from the decorations (which were SO nice) to the pizzas and goodie bags- and they handled bringing them in and setting the pizzas up for all his friends, and even lighting the candles on his cupcakes I brought. I finally had my son's 5th birthday party here last week. After having to cancel his 3rd due to a snow storm. They did not disappoint. Ari and Cera anticipated our needs on every level. They know what they are doing and do it well. They saw us unloading the car and came outside to help. By the time I got to the party room the food items we brought were already set up.
