Brilliant place in every way. JamSAAB - Martin, Justin and now Brenna - is a totally trustable and hugely knowledgeable garage. Over the last (roughly) 15 years, I've bought two great cars from them (great prices, long-lasting, reliable, luxurious, fun, interesting - i.e. pure Saabs), and they have looked after them with careful but cost-effective servicing and fixes when needed. Martin and Justin have been really great, they are always honest and have provided consistently good service for my SAAB 9-3 and my SAAB 9-5
Top drawer service! 500 miles into our roadtrip an engine warning light came on. It was Friday and when I took it to Martin I thought it would be Monday at the soonest for any work to be done (assuming he could even fit us in!). Predicament appreciated the Diagnostic was done there and then, he figured it out, ordered the parts and came in on his Saturday morning off, to make the repair! Pleasant, friendly, honest guy... top marks. Recommended 👌
