Yesterday at about midday, my wife and I were driving from Tuncurry to our home in Toowoomba when our car broke down on the Pacific Highway. Thankfully, the team at JAM agreed for our car to be towed to them in Woolgoolga. After diagnosing the issue—which had been sporadically occurring for almost a year—as a faulty crank sensor, the boys were able to get a replacement part driven up from Coffs Harbour. The most trustworthy mechanic I've met since my first car 25 years ago. Has literally got me out of a jam more then once with my temperamental work ute. Knowledgeable, explains what work actually needs to be/what has been done, and will accommodate you as much as he can. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rates are very good, especially for Jakes quality of expertise. I'm glad no other mechanic could fit us in when I first moved here a few years ago, because I wouldn't go to anyone else now. Highly recommend, love the team at JAM repairs, always been a pleasure to have my car done by the team, Jake has always been there for me and my family to do car repairs for years upon years. Will never trust another mechanic with my vehicles it HAS to be JAM. Also wanting to add, Dakoda in the office is well spoken, always on the ball and is polite and pleasant to deal with always.
