The JAM workers are very reliable and courteous. My issue is with the owner. I have been a good customer for over 3 years and have never received the full services that were stated in writing with the original quote. A nearly 22% price increase was announced in April and I cancelled service via email. I received no response and have sent a second email, along with two phone call attempts that went to voicemail. I hesitate d to write this review. They did a lousy job maintaining my yard. They put in a new sprinkler system in one day. I was surprised on how fast it took them. Now l know why. I have already fixed 3 leaks. It is only a year old.
We had them do basic lawn care on our house a few time and it was always done professionally and done well.
