My experiences here have been positive. They tell you what's up and give you a cost before doing anything. They are easy to communicate with, they take time to explain stuff and answer questions, and don't make you feel silly.
I brought my Infiniti here for an overheating issue and was told it failed a block test and would need a new engine. I ended up taking the car to another shop for a second opinion. They topped off the coolant, and the overheating issue was resolved. Since then, I’ve put a few thousand miles on the car without any further overheating problems.
