We could not have had a more pleasant stay. Sarah Beth and Daniel were wonderful hosts and their house/farm/homestead/workshops are lovely! We stayed with our two little kids(3 and 1) who had so much fun exploring, getting to know the chickens, playing with wood chips, and smelling the lavender. We left feeling refreshed and inspired. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
Sara Beth and Daniel are the most kind and talented people around. Highly recommend Sara Beth for alternations (she tailored and repaired a zipper on a favorite jacket of mine and more). Spending time on their land and in their home (love the workshops they host!) always leaves me inspired to think of how I can weave beauty and function together in my own home and life. Go visit! Attend a workshop or free event! Hire these talented people to make improvements in your life.
My friends and I had an absolutely magical stay at Jam Brook Farm this fall! It was the perfect jumping off point for our adventures in Acadia. Staying at the homestead was just as much of a highlight of our trip as the park. The cabin was cozy, clean, and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals by the fire and not have to worry about our packing list too much.
