Papadi chaat is kind of like Indian nachos, with a hint of sweetness. Medium spicy is a good heat without melting your face off

Also, Mulligatawny soup is also really good. I eat there a lot and one thing I've noticed, regulars get no credit.
There are so many good meals. Not many mild options but I'd recommend the bhel puri.
Weekend special curry platter, Vegetable fritters & gobi manchurian all highly recommended!
