She really helps me so much!!!! She is also very informative! My stomach problems have not been able to be diagnosed despite the amount of times I’ve been tested for different possibilities and yet, she still navigates my meal plan and is able to deduce what has or has not been working for me! I’m starting to feel better and I know for a fact she is a part of the reason.
I highly recommend this nutritionist! I had three sessions with Jalpa, and she helped me lower my A1C in a few months with just a few diet changes. The sessions were organized, and her recommendations were clear. She also helped me with nutrition advice for my pregnancy. Again I highly recommended Jalpa services!
