Typical 15 minutes appointment then see you in six weeks. Husband is been waiting for WEEKS for a referral for a gastroenterologist AND NOT ONE PERSON THERE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT! How lazy are they that such task has become almost impossible to accomplish??? My husband also needed a fax sent to his insurance company and guess what? They dropped the ball AGAIN!!! Jennifer is lazy, antagonistic and passive aggressive. I honestly don't know why the doc keeps her there. My husband can't get a prior authorization for a medication and there's always an excuse why she can't get prior authorization. Today my husband called AGAIN asking for a specific medication, she put him on hold and hung up the phone. It is typical of her.
