Really poor service my wife purchased a fascinator for a wedding along with a shawl and a poncho. She changed her mind and wanted to exchange it but she was told no as it was over 2 weeks. Can't believe they have thus approach to their customers. One star service.
Very kind, patience, and helpful lady ☺️. Lots of choice and various styles. Some clothes come up slightly bigger but the quality is top-notch! The changing room was a good size too. My only disappointment is they did not have many size 10's and no size 8's (hence the 4 stars).... But they do have a 'sister' store in Brigg to broaden your search.
I had a fabulous experience when visiting this boutique. I’m not a person who likes being fussed over so was rather nervous about my visit. I shouldn’t have worried because Heather was amazing she prepared the changing room with fans to hand as it was a very hot day. She allowed myself and my daughter lots of time to try on outfits, explaining that they don’t stock lots of different sizes of the same dresses so to avoid turning up where someone may have the same dress. Not visiting a shop that can't put pics and prices online
Following on my review a while ago, the shop invited me to get the shoes coloured in the right shade. I have picked them up today and they are the right colour at last. I am delighted, as I will be able to wear them at my wedding in August. They are very comfortable, which will be needed. Staff went out of their way to try and sort this out for me.
