We called Jall Appliances and they answered right away. They offered suggestions and then came immediately the next day to fix our fridge. We ended up self-fixing and they did not charge as the update never made it in time prior to their arrival. Highly recommend for responsiveness and A+ customer service.
Booked an appointment through online portal with confirmation. Didn't hear back for two days so I called to confirm. Never received appointment and blamed me for doing it wrong. Tried to reschedule and told him exactly the service I needed. Said it would have to be two separate visits for diagnosis and then to do the job. (double the price for coming out) Had the part numbers and appliance serial numbers for everything ready to go. Not flexible, difficult to work with, backend booking technology doesn't work.
I've had two appliances (microwave and dishwasher) repaired by Jall Appliance Repair and they have impressed each time. Top notch quality work, easy to work with and incredibly professional. Glad to have found a reliable, dependable, and expedient provider.
We needed to service a laundry dryer that was stacked on top of a washer, in a tight closet. We called several appliance technicians in the area but they said they only service appliances that are side by side. We called Jall and made an appt (had to wait several days). They sent two technicians, they found that the dryer vent was disconnected, so they re-connected it, which is not something we could have done ourselves. The service was professional and the price was fair. Recommended !
You guys are the best appliance repair service in town. I called you for some repairs for my refrigerator and you were there on time!
