I recently hired this plumbing company in Katy for several jobs around my house. Clayton came out to help with a tune-up for my central air and heating, and also worked on my hot water heater replacement. i’ve worked with Jalen & Sons Plumbing before for some clogged street drains and a problem with my old oil tank. this time, my washer drain got backed up. i got quotes from other plumbers, some as high as $1800 and others at $1100 or $450. a few wanted to cut my cast iron drain and add vents i didn’t even need. i called Jalen & Sons Plumbing first thing this morning. even though they were busy, william made time to come by. he still remembered the setup of my place in katy from previous work, which made things quicker. using... read more

Jalen & Sons Plumbing has been handling all the plumbing needs at my parents’ house for many years. Last weekend, when a big storm hit Katy, my mother-in-law’s basement started to flood, so I knew exactly who to call. Called Jalen & Sons Plumbing for an emergency with our main pipe. Shawn arrived quickly, fixed our line without any trouble, and explained how our sewer system works. He was professional, arrived on time, and the price was fair. We felt they were honest and didn’t try to overcharge us. Very happy with the whole experience.
