Terrible customer service. I called to receive a quote. Mr. Jalbert returned my call an hour after I left a message with the receptionist, which was reasonable. Mr. Jalbert repeatedly called me "honey" and spoke in a condescending manner after I informed him that I was calling on behalf of my boyfriend. He gruffly asked me who would be paying him because apparently a previous customer had failed to pay him for his services.
