Hired this attorney for a civil matter. She missed key deadlines, ignored an arbitration clause, and failed to file any pleadings. I sent over 40 messages urging action—most went unanswered. Her legal strategy was flawed, she lacked strategy, her communication was poor, and still has not returned my retainer. Now pursuing action through the State Bar and court. Would not recommend.
I hired Sharmin Jalali-Bidgoli in October 2024 for a civil litigation case where I already had strong leverage: my complaint had survived demurrer and defendants had filed answers.
