Chris is amazing. He really knows our system, solves the problem and communicates every step of the way.
We interviewed 6 different pool companies and chose to go with JAL pools. We are very happy we did. One of the best things about JAL pools is they are all great communicators. We were kept up to date on all aspects of the project the whole time. Everything looks great. If there were any issues, things were quickly resolved. They are super professional and personable. I highly recommend!

I have a pool that is about 13 years old and the pool equipment is at the age when it needs to be replaced. I met have worked with many of the employees at JAL for several years. They make always make very good recommendations and I have learned to trust their advice. JAL always responds promptly to my needs and concerns. They do excellent work and their customer service is exceptional!
