Dr Malarz has been my PMD for 15 years. I have followed him from Midland to Bay City, and now to Hemlock. He is and has always been a kind and efficient practitioner who always has time for me and listens to my concerns. One of the best of the best in my opinion.
COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE IN THIS OFFICE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. FLAT OUT DONT CARE. My son could not work because the front office staff was "too busy" for 5 business days to get a critical 'script called in. He made daily phone calls checking status and each day the front office staff had yet another excuse. Then, two days without his meds and out of work because of it, he followed up again and the woman on the phone started yelling at my special needs son. YELLING at him. As a new Mi. resident, just as covid started, Dr. Malarz eased my transition through turmoil. He listened to my concerns and always responded timely…. He seems to be a natural ‘quick study’. His time reflects quality not quantity…. Thank You, Dr. Malarz, & Best Wishes!
