I ordered a custom dress on December 19, 2024 for my March 8, 2025 wedding. Their store was closing, but they were still advertising that they would do online orders and custom orders. Their website is still taking money from people. I emailed them my measurements and never heard back. Finally on January 9, 2025 I received an email.
