Alexandra Jako is unprofessional. She was not prepared for my closing. Making long story short she was more busy bashing her poor husband and how little money he makes. She made me very uncomfortable I felt like she is sharing her personal story so perhaps I can pay her bills? Not recommended. Perhaps she works on the wrong business.
A Jako is terrible! NEVER utilize her for any legal matters, especially real estate. She is extremely careless. I ended up having a "Dry Closing" because she could not get the final HUD1 Statement numbers correct. She added costs to my statement and when questioned about the line item cost, she could not explain. Absolute horrible experience!
