This is the best gym I've ever belonged to. I'm not a Power Lifter, Bodybuilder or Strongman - just a regular person. I came here to get in better shape of course and learn more about lifting weights, but I've received much more than that. Tami is not only the owner but an excellent personal trainer as well. great place to work out if you know what your doing if your your looking for someone to hold your hand and teach you proper techniques or just arent that serious about working out then go else where if u want a great power lifting or a gym that has all the extra equipment you need this is the place ive been at popular gyms and other local gyms this ones the best and most friendly
This is a shoddy operation. The head waterboy is very tempermental and unprofessional. Any music selection you desire as long as it is screamin' loud death metal. Ambulances have appeared at this facility many a time to extract enthusiasts. Sunday, normally the day of rest, is the hardest of workouts. A girl was seen carrying weights up & down the driveway.
