I have this company came out and do a estimate for me. Following that estimate. They call me back with a date 3 weeks after that estimate. So on july second they told me they're coming out to do The job On July. The 2nd during the day they reached out to me said, they cant come out. They cannot come out because of the rain. We were referred to Jake's by a neighbor and happily hired them several times. Unfortunately the service has taken a downward turn and we have been pushed back multiple times from May until July. In the meantime we've had large branches falling and have been unable to use our yard for fear of someone being injured. The Jake's team witnessed this in person as a large branch crashed down when they were on property and before starting work.

This company worked all day on my property, removing trees and pruning. It was impressive to see them hard at work throughout the entire day. Administrative personnel were responsive and, I believe, fair and efficient…and easy to work with.

I had a monster of tree fall on my property during a storm. They were there within 24 hours. Very professional, removed the tree and debris that the tree left . Jake is easy to work with and his employees were amazing and it was about 100 degrees that day A++
