Ordered food 10/23/2020 took over 3 hours to get, called after a hour and half, was told they forgot our order and they would make us new food and get it out ASAP, another hour and half later it finally showed up! Not fresh, pizza was cold and the sandwich was old and tasted like it was heated a couple times. Also told that I would not be charged for the meal, haven’t seen a credit yet. Thank you for letting me know. I will look into what happened to your order and why. The credit does normally take a business day or two but if you do get charge we will take care of it. Thank you for your support over the years, we will get this fixed.
We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery at a local motel. Late arriving, cheese so goobed on that it was impossible to remove slices - paper thin no taste crust. We threw out much of it and ate snacks I had along. Definitely would not recommend.
The BEST gluten free pizza in town, and the only one that I haven't had a reaction to!! Thanks Jakes!
