We had a large tree branch damage a couple of our concrete roof tiles & Jakes Roofing did a perfect repair for us. Both roofing guys (Brandon was one - think I got that right) were the best & got the job done right away. The office administrator Mikaila is a gem and made everything easy from organizing the work order to confirming our payment. 😊

We sustained damage to our concrete tile roof recently. I called Jake's Roofing and Mikaila arranged a booking immediately. Phil and Jacob arrived early and fixed the damage to perfection. They explained the job thoroughly, were friendly, professional and efficient. To top it off, they inspected the rest of the roof and replaced other tiles. We were extremely impressed by their work ethic! I highly recommend Jake's Roofing!

I would highly recommend Jake's Roofing. The communication from the office was excellent. Ryan was prompt and thorough with the inspection. They did what they said and cleaned up without a trace.

Had these guys do gutters and snow roofing along with leaf gaurd, they put the leaf gaurd in the wrong place. The owner called and said I had 50 feet of free leaf gaurd due to their mistake. But when the gutters started leaking and the down spouts were leaking and draining out all over the ground right after install. I had to get them out 2 more times due to poor quality and poor installation, on the 3rd time coming out, they removed their "free mistake"and charged me another couple hundred to put in the original leaf qaurd ... read more

All was extremely well handled and the paper work was amazing. Then I realized the job was not completed. The roofer decided for me that the scope of work I asked for needed to change. No discussion no authorization. This left us unable to complete the work. We are now doing it ourselves.... WHY??? Then he tells me I'm rude when I asked how can he change my scope of work. Oh well. This is the roofer not the office they were amazing.
