I was sent an input shaft that has rust on the journal surface and also has grooves at the top of the shaft where it is supposed to be smooth. They were nice and helpful on the phone saying she would call right back with a solution on what to do. No email reply and no phone call back.

First I would like to say that my converter arrived exactly when they said it would. Secondly I’d like to say thank you for great customer service as they were happy to help through my multiple phone calls regarding issues that were not caused by them but rather my trans builder. Enough so to send detailed photos and measurements to me. Converter looks great and thank you for the support!

I was a customer of Jake’s for over 8 yrs I used his parts for my business. There is no doubt Jake knows his stuff when it comes to these transmissions and I would not be where I am at today if it hadn’t been for his help throughout the years with that being said just because you have helped somone doesn’t give you ownership over them and the right to treat them like trash when something doesn’t go right.
