I was sent an input shaft that has rust on the journal surface and also has grooves at the top of the shaft where it is supposed to be smooth. They were nice and helpful on the phone saying she would call right back with a solution on what to do. No email reply and no phone call back.
Great place very knowledgeable and great customer service. Best place to purchase a transmission.
